2.1. Currently, our offerings consist solely of services.
2.2. For services requiring a booking, we will contact you after your purchase to schedule an appointment.
2.3. All prices listed are for services to be rendered on our premises. Where possible, a surcharge will apply if the work is to be conducted at a location outside our place of business.
2.4. Services are subject to our availability and will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
2.5. In the future, we may add physical products to our offerings. Delivery terms for such products will be detailed in the updated T&Cs at that time.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2. Payments must be made through our secure online payment system.
3.3. We are not responsible for additional charges incurred through your bank or payment provider.
4. Orders and Delivery
4.1. Orders for services are confirmed only after full payment is received.
4.2. For services, any timeframes provided are estimates and subject to availability.
4.3. In the event that physical products are added to our store in the future:

- Risk of loss or damage will pass to the customer upon delivery.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Customers may cancel unused and undamaged services within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
5.2. If physical products are added in the future:
- Returns will be accepted for unused, undamaged products within 7 days of receipt.
- Custom or personalised products will not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
5.3. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from all refunds, except in cases where the refund is due to an error or defect on our part.
